Man Utd Target Agrees Deal With Tottenham

Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes has agreed to a deal to join Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur according to the latest media reports in Portugal.

It was revealed that Sporting Lisbon are still adamant on their £64m transfer fee demands for the player despite the fact that the Portuguese international has reached an agreement with Spurs who has less than a day to complete the transfer.

The transfer is hanging in the balance since Spurs can’t agree to a deal for Bruno Fernandes who has been linked with Manchester United all summer.

According to Mais Futebol, a Portuguese media outlet, the player’s agent Miguel Pinho was in Lisbon to present Sporting Lisbon officials with the new Spurs offer of £55m including bonuses.

The offer was rejected by Sporting Lisbon with immediate effect.

Apart from Bruno Fernandes, Tottenham Hotspur are trying to sign Juventus attacker Paolo Dybala and Real Betis midfielder Giovanni Lo Celso.

Bruno Fernandes had a very good season the last time out and it’s not surprising that a lot of the big clubs in Europe especially in the Premier League want to sign him.

The 24-year-old goalscoring midfielder will undoubtedly improve interested teams like Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
