Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater is the subject of interest from two Premier League clubs according to the latest reports coming out of the media in the United Kingdom.
Danny Drinkwater is looking for a new club despite his participation during the preseason.
The England international has been told by new Chelsea manager Frank Lampard that he’s not in his plans for the season.
According to the publication from popular media outlet Goal, two Premier League clubs namely Brighton and Hove Albion and Norwich City are interested in signing him.

It remains to be seen whether the two clubs can afford his wages on a weekly basis apart from the transfer fee for him.
Danny Drinkwater earns £100,000 on a weekly basis at Chelsea on the back of his transfer from Leicester City for £35m.
The Manchester United trainee became a Chelsea player in 2017.
The wages earned by Danny Drinkwater could be a step too far for the interested clubs, Brighton and Norwich City.
Brighton have only spent two seasons in the Premier League and are in their third campaign as a Premier League team, while Norwich City are newly promoted in the Premier League after they emerged as champions at the end of the last English Championship campaign.
