Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has assured defender Diogo Dalot that he has a future at the club beyond this summer.
Solskjaer talked about Diogo Dalot during his post-match press conference after his team recorded a second win from two preseason games.
According to the former Manchester United striker, Diogo Dalot started his career at the club as a right-back and he has been able to evolve into a right winger.
Solskjaer went on to add that his major competition on the right side and new signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka started his career as a right winger before becoming one of the best right-backs in the Premier League after just one season.

Diogo Dalot left Portuguese giants FC Porto to join Manchester United last summer in a £19m deal while Jose Mourinho was the manager.
According to Mourinho, Dalot could be the first choice right-back at Manchester United for a decade.
For Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the England junior international signed for Manchester United this summer in a deal reported to be around £45m rising to £50m.
Diogo Dalot has been linked with a move away from Manchester United this summer after the Aaron Wan-Bissaka transfer but Solskjaer is adamant that he can accommodate the two players in his team.
