Former Manchester United midfielder Ravel Morrison is reportedly closing in on a move to Sheffield United.
Ravel Morrison is without a club and he has been on trials at Sheffield United with the hope of earning a contract ahead of the new season which starts in the next four weeks.
According to reports from The Star which quoted Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder saying, “the Blades will give Ravel Morrison a new contract”.
It was revealed that the former Manchester United star has impressed the coaching personnel at Sheffield United including Chris Wilder.
Wilder and Sheffield United will campaign in the Premier League for the new season after they secured their spot via the English Championship last season.

Sheffield United secured an automatic spot to the Premier League at the end of the last English Championship season alongside champions Norwich City.
Aston Villa will join both Sheffield United and Norwich City in the Premier League for the new season billed to start on the 9th of August.
The Midlands club secured promotion to the Premier League via the playoffs.
Ravel Morrison would be hoping to be a part of the Premier League next season with Sheffield United.
He was a part of the 2011 FA Youth Cup winning team at Manchester United alongside the likes of Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard who are still at the club till date.
