According to the Daily Mirror, the agent of the player will meet with senior Red Devils officials later this week over his client.
His agent will travel to Manchester for talks on Wednesday as they try to finalize a transfer for Bruno Fernandes who was in sensational form for Sporting Lisbon in the last campaign.
Bruno Fernandes broke the midfield record set by Chelsea legend Frank Lampard in the last season.
The 24-year-old has a release clause of £88m though Manchester United are hopeful that a deal of around £50m for him.
