Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has admitted his desire for a possible move away from the club this summer as revealed during one of his recent interviews.

According to the interview he granted while he was on Adidas tour of Tokyo in Japan, the Frenchman revealed that it feels like it’s the right time to leave the club for a new challenge.

Manchester United are not willing to let him go this summer, especially manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who sees Paul Pogba as an essential part of his plans at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils might be handicapped on their wish for Pogba to stay at the club beyond this summer.

Manchester United officials have realised that they may be unsuccessful in their bid for the French World Cup winner to stay at the club and they have identified a replacement for him.

According to trusted Spanish newspaper AS, Manchester United have made Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez their number one target in the event that Pogba leaves the club this summer.

Saul Niguez signed a whopping nine-year deal at Atletico Madrid in 2017 until the end of the 2025/26 season and the aforementioned contract has a release clause of €150m.
