Europa League finalists Arsenal will most likely consider alternative options for top transfer target Wilfried Zaha according to the report from The Boot Room.

Ivorian international star Zaha plays his club football for South London club Crystal Palace.

Arsenal want to sign Zaha this summer but they have so far been rebuffed by Crystal Palace who are reluctant to lose their best player.

The Gunners made an opening offer of £40m for Wilfried Zaha only for it to be rejected by Crystal Palace who are holding out for £80m.

Wilfried Zaha scored 10 goals and also provided five assists for Crystal Palace last season in what turned out to be his most productive Premier League campaign.

He signed a new contract at Selhurst Park last summer to make him the highest earner in the history of the club at £130,000 on a weekly basis.

Arsenal need a winger like Zaha this summer and they might have to look elsewhere for other options if Crystal Palace fail to lower their asking price.

The Gunners have £45m transfer budget and they could offer players to Crystal Palace in a possible swap deal to get Zaha.

Arsenal will have to look at cheaper targets like Ryan Fraser (Bournemouth) and Yannick-Ferreira Carrasco if Crystal Palace maintain their stance on Zaha.
