Europa League finalists Arsenal have been offered the chance to sign Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir according to the latest reports coming out of the media in the United Kingdom.

French Ligue 1 giants Lyon are keen to offload Nabil Fekir this summer.

According to the specific report from the Daily Mirror, Arsenal have been offered the chance to sign the French World Cup winner for just £30m.

Nabil Fekir was a part for the 23-man France squad that conquered the world last summer in Russia.

The Lyon star was mostly used as a super sub as France won a second World Cup title at the tournament in Russia via a 4-2 win over surprise finalists Croatia in their final clash.

Nabil Fekir came close to joining Liverpool last summer just before the aforementioned World Cup tournament in Russia.

The Frenchman had his medical at Liverpool after the Reds agreed on a £50m fee with Lyon for him.

Liverpool then pulled out of the deal at the last minute due to long-term concerns over his knee.

Fekir was able to recover from that transfer setback to help France to their 2nd World Cup triumph.

On their part, Liverpool went on to win the Champions League title at the end of the season.
