Lucas Torreira Not Seeking Return To Italy Amidst Interest

Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira is reportedly not seeking a return to Italy after just a season in the Premier League.
This is according to the publication from the Daily Telegraph which claimed that the petite midfielder is not pushing for a move back to Italy.
Recent reports have linked the Uruguayan international player with a return to Italy after voicing the struggles that he has had to deal with in his first season as an Arsenal player.
Lucas Torreira earns £75,000 on a weekly basis at Arsenal as per the long-term contract that he signed last summer when he joined the Gunners from Italian Serie A club Sampdoria.

Arsenal paid £26m over three installments to secure his transfer from the Italian top flight side.
Torreira, 23, has been strongly linked with seven-time European champions AC Milan following the appointment of Marco Giampaolo as their new manager.
Marco Giampaolo has left Sampdoria to take the vacant job at AC Milan following the exit of club legend Gennaro Gattuso.
Lucas Torreira worked with Marco Giampaolo at Sampdoria before his exit last summer who has played well for AC Milan as a result.
The player is presently with the Uruguay squad at the ongoing COPA America tournament in Brazil.
