How Crystal Palace Will Line Up If Michy Batshuayi Secures Permanent Transfer

Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi was at a difficult point in his football career when his loan deal to Spanish La Liga club Valencia was canceled earlier this year.

The Belgian international star had earlier joined Los Che on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea last summer before scoring just three goals in all competitions for the club during the first half of the season thus prompting Valencia to cancel the loan arrangement midway into the stipulated period.

The canceled loan to Valencia paved the way for him to impress a great deal at Crystal Palace for the second half of the season.

Michy Batshuayi scored five goals in 11 Premier League games for Crystal Palace during the second half of the season as he helped the Eagles finish well ahead of the relegation zone.

The 25-year-old played his best game for the Eagles on the final day of the season after netting a brace for the South Londoners.
