It remains to be seen whether PSG would be willing to let the Brazilian national team player leave the club this summer after an injury-hit two years with the French giants.
Neymar signed for PSG in the summer of 2017 for a world-record fee of £200m (€222m).
He left Barcelona controversially for PSG after the French Ligue 1 holders activated his then release clause at the Nou Camp.
Neymar was previously linked with Manchester United before he left Brazilian Serie A club Santos to join Barcelona in 2013 and the Red Devils still retain an interest in him.
The Red Devils have virtually no chance to sign him with Barcelona massive favourites to secure his signature if he eventually leaves PSG this summer.
