Premier League giants Manchester United will reportedly offer first choice goalkeeper David De Gea a new bumper deal to secure his long-term future at the club.
This is according to the Daily Mail which claimed that the Red Devils are ready to yield to the demand of the player by giving him a new deal amidst the transfer rumours linking him with a move away from the Theatre of Dreams this summer.
David De Gea has been seriously linked with major European clubs like Italian Serie A champions Juventus and French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) especially.
PSG are in need of a new goalkeeper after the exit of veteran Italian shot stopper Gianluigi Buffon this summer.
The 41-year-old was not given a new contract after just one season as a PSG player.
The French giants are ready to pay as much as £60m for De Gea despite the fact that he has one year left on his Manchester United contract.
Spanish international De Gea initially had few months left on his Manchester United contract before senior club officials activated the extra year clause in his contract.
