Manchester United will sanction his sale if they get £62m for the player they bought for £75m two years ago.
Romelu Lukaku signed for the Red Devils in the summer of 2017 to become the second most expensive signing in their history behind Paul Pogba who returned to the Theatre of Dreams from Italian champions Juventus.
all-time Belgian national team topscorer Romelu Lukaku signed for Manchester United from fellow Premier League outfit Everton.
He scored 27 goals in all competitions in his first season as a Manchester United player thus ending as the topscorer before netting 15 times during that recently concluded campaign.
