Tammy Abraham

West London outfit Chelsea are set to part ways with Belgium international Eden Hazard as he is set to join the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid.

After months of speculations, Eden Hazard will now be leaving the Stamford Bridge after helping the club clinch the Europa League title and secured a place in the Champions League with a top-four finish.

However, emerging reports have revealed the Blues have already made a decision to sell another star, Tammy Abraham in this transfer window.

Tammy Abraham spent the entire last season with championship outfit Aston Villa where he became the second highest goal scorer with 26 goals and helped the team secure qualification to the top flight.

Aston Villa are now keen to land the Star Player on a permanent deal and it is already suggested that Chelsea are ready to have him sold.

The report claims that Chelsea are willing to take the sum of 25 million Euros for the signature of the Star Player but it is yet to be seen if it will be a wise decision by the club.

Chelsea will not be engaging in the coming summer transfer window and the presence of Tammy Abraham could help the team fire on if he is meant to stay.
