Premier League giants Manchester United have set a transfer deadline to sell the players on the fringes of the first player as well as the ones in the starting XI.

According to the publication from the Manchester Evening News (MEN), Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will spearhead the potential sale of the players in his team.

It was revealed that the Norwegian tactician wants all the fringe players out of the club between now and the end of next season.

Antonio Valencia and Ander Herrera have already been removed from the players’ profile on the Manchester United website following the expiration of their respective contracts this summer.

Defenders Matteo Darmian and Marcos Rojo have one year left on their respective contracts at the club and the Red Devils are willing to sell them this summer.

Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku and Chilean international Alexis Sanchez could also leave Manchester United with the club open to the idea of selling this summer.

Lukaku is attracting the interest of Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan.

The aforementioned publication also said that Manchester United will decide against offering Nemanja Matic an additional year meaning that the Serbian international midfielder will leave the club at the end of his contract next summer.
