Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona have set the asking price for one of their players ahead of the upcoming winter transfer window scheduled to begin as from the 1st of January.

As reported by the Daily Mirror, Barcelona have told Arsenal what it would take to sign exciting winger Ousmane Dembele when the transfer market reopens.

Dembele has been attracting the interests of several European clubs despite his disciplinary problems at Barcelona.

The latest one happened some days ago when the Frenchman turned up for a Barcelona training two hours late.

Premier League giants Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea as well as French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have all been touted as possible transfer destinations for the former Rennes forward.

They have all been told that the player will only leave the club if his €400m release clause is met.

Dembele signed for Barcelona in the summer of 2017 and big things were expected from him but the young French star has failed to hit the heights that he got to while he was at German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.

His Dortmund form prompted Barcelona to splash the initial sum of €105m on the 21-year-old plus a €35m fee dependent on add-ons.
