German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich reportedly have no agreement in place to sign in-demand Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
According to the publication from popular German newspaper Bild, the 27-year-old is still a long way off from joining the Bavarian giants at the end of the season.
An earlier report from renowned English media portal Independent had revealed that Bayern Munich have made a breakthrough in talks with the Welshman’s representatives and that he’s in line to join the five-time European champions next summer.
Ramsey is on his way out of the Emirates Stadium after the Arsenal hierarchy withdrew the contract offer given to him.
The decision to withdraw the contract offer broke in September and the former Cardiff City player has been linked with several European sides since then.
Clubs such as Manchester United, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been touted as possible destinations for the midfielder in the media.
He has less than a year on his current Arsenal contract meaning that he can officially begin free transfer negotiations with foreign clubs as from January 1 though a cut-price move is still a possibility when the transfer window reopens in few weeks’ time.
Though the player had earlier revealed that he will stay at Arsenal until the end of this season.
