Why Chelsea boss may forget about Aaron Ramsey

Developments at Chelsea at the moment might block the chance for Arsenal contract rebel Aaron Ramsey to join the club despite indicating interest of late.

This is coming after Liverpool already rejected an opportunity to have the Wales international as it is now confirmed he will be leaving the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season having held talks with the club.

A similar decision might be made by the West London side who are believed to now have Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek to be in good form for Maurizio Sarri.

Barkley has won the heart of the Italian manager by scoring three goals in their last three games which makes it difficult for him to be dropped knowing how well he has saved the club from defeats.

The same can be said of Loftus-Cheek who has also scored four in the last three games amidst the many options of Jorginho, N’golo Kante, Cesc Fabregas, Mateo Kovacic and Danny Drinkwater in the midfield.

Ramsey has got a lot to offer the Blues but there might be no reason for the former Napoli boss to crowd his team with midfielders knowing that he will be needing about two each for a game.
