Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said that he’s not a bad loser after his team suffered their first defeat of the season during the Champions League clash with Napoli.
Klopp and his players were beaten 2-0 by the Italian Serie A giants in their first Champions League game since they won the competition last season.
After the game, Klopp spoke to reporters as the German tactician said that he’s not the best loser before adding that he’s also not a bad loser.
Jurgen Klopp and his Liverpool players were aggrieved with the manner in which they conceded the opening goal of the game.
Napoli opened the deadlock with eight minutes left on the clock through a Dries Mertens penalty.

The hosts were awarded the penalty after Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson was adjudged to have brought down Napoli winger Jose Callejon in the box.
Klopp and his players felt the penalty was a soft one.
Dries Mertens dispatched that penalty to give Napoli the lead and also move him closer to breaking Marek Hamsik’s record as the all-time topscorer for the Italians.
The Belgian is third on the list with 113 goals behind club legends Diego Maradona (115 goals) and Marek Hamsik (121 goals).
Napoli secured the points with the second goal from substitute Fernando Llorente after he pounced on an error from Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk.
