Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has sent a message to the club’s fans after the loss to Liverpool during the UEFA Super Cup.
In an exclusive interview with Brazilian media outlet Esporte Interactivo, Jorginho told the Chelsea fans that he wants to be known as the Jorginho that plays for the club rather than the Jorginho that plays for Maurizio Sarri.
Jorginho moved to Chelsea from Italian Serie A giants Napoli last summer mainly due to the influence of Maurizio Sarri.
Italian tactician Sarri was named the Chelsea manager last summer only for him to last just one season in the job before he left the club to take up the managerial job at Juventus.

Jorginho played for Napoli under Maurizio Sarri and also repeated the same at Chelsea but that has since changed since the Italian international didn’t follow him to Juventus.
Italian midfielder Jorginho spoke to the reporters shortly after he scored in the Super Cup clash with Liverpool.
Jorginho (penalty) scored the second goal for Chelsea in extra time to cancel out the second strike from Sadio Mane some moments earlier as the game ended 2-2 thereby prompting extra time.
Regulation time had ended 1-1 after the first goal from Sadio Mane cancelled out the Chelsea strike from Olivier Giroud.
Liverpool beat Chelsea 5-4 on penalties as Blues striker Tammy Abraham turned out to be the only one who missed during the shootout.
