Sky Sports pundit Jose Mourinho has hailed Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after his contribution to the opening win over Newcastle United at the weekend.
Gabonese international star Aubameyang was a prominent figure for the Gunners who began their Premier League campaign with a 1-0 win over Newcastle United at St. James Park on Sunday afternoon.
Aubameyang scored the only goal of the game for Arsenal in the 58th minute off an assist from utility player Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
Jose Mourinho lauded the quality shown by the Arsenal striker as his contribution was vital for the Gunners against Manchester United.

The former Manchester United and Chelsea star praised his composure in front of goal before adding that the Arsenal striker loves to go to duels with opposing goalkeepers.

Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac were both withdrawn from the Arsenal squad for the Newcastle United due to security reasons.
Arsenal also missed the services of players like new signing Kieran Tierney, Rob Holding, Hector Bellerin and Kostantinos Mavropanos.
The Gunners were also able to secure a clean sheet despite the many players missing from the game.
