Minnesota, USA taxpayers will receive a surprise tax rebate from Governor Tim Walz.

Governor Tim Walz wants to help families in Minnesota through this new scheme. Many families will get this tax rebate from the state government.

However, the government refers to this program as “one-time tax rebate payments.”

What is the amount of Minnesota stimulus checks in September 2023?

According to the Minnesota official website, it is different for different individuals. They have divided the amount of the tax refund as

  • $520 for married couples with an adjusted gross income of $150,000 or less.
  • $260 for all other individuals with an AGI of $75,000 or less. In 2021.
  • Each additional dependent, up to three, will get $260.
  • A $520 minimum eligibility requirement equals a maximum payout of $1,300 per family.

What are the eligibility criteria for the Minnesota stimulus checks for September 2023?

According to government regulations, to qualify, you must:

  • Possess resided in Minnesota for the entirety or a portion of 2021.
  • Possess by December 31, 2022, a 2021 Form M1 or 2021 Form M1PR.
  • Have an adjusted gross income of no more than $150,000 for married couples filing jointly or $75,000 for all other filers.
  • Not listed as someone else’s dependent on their Minnesota income tax return for 2021.

Also, applying for this rebate is unnecessary as the government has your 2021 tax year data. They will automatically send money to your bank account.
