Who is Eligible for Breathe program
If you want to be eligible for this stimulus update, You need to meet the following criteria:
- Your age should fall between 21 and 23 years.
- You must have attended any foster care under the LA County Department of Children and Family Services once you turned 18.
- Your income should not exceed the area median if you are single, and it should be within 120% of the median for a household of two or more persons.

- Proof of identity
- Income
- Foster care status
However, the assistance program will select 200 applicants randomly from eligible applicants.
The selected applicants will start receiving $1000 in September and will receive until next September.
