If you were a fan of the Grand Theft Auto series, then there was no better time to be alive than when it came out for the PlayStation 2. The collection that spanned between 2001 and 2004 included some iconic titles in video game history including GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, and Liberty City Stories.

Rockstar has been working on GTA Remastered versions of Grand Theft Auto for some time now. The ports are planned to be released across various platforms depending on which version you get your hands on first!

Rather than simply porting the game to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, Rockstar Games will specifically design their next installment in Grand Theft Auto for these consoles. We are not sure if it would be available on PS4 as well but we’re fairly confident that this is what they’ll do because of its massive fanbase at present.

Sources claim that the GTA Remastered Trilogy for PC and Mobile ports may be delayed to next year. As Rockstar notes that they’ll prioritize getting console versions up to snuff before even thinking about any other releases, possibly meaning we won’t see a release on either device.
