CD Projekt, the video games maker behind “Cyberpunk 2077,” is already working on an expansion of their next game. CEO Adam Kicinski said this after reporting strong first-half results. Cyberpunk was one of last year’s most anticipated games with Hollywood star Keanu Reeves.

But it had a buggy start and remained off Sony PlayStation for six months. Also, CD Projekt did not give updates about how many units they sold so far.

Cyberpunk 2077 Expansion

CD Projekt Red hopes to deliver both its Cyberpunk and Witcher 3 next-gen ports by the end of 2021, but it stopped short of offering a guarantee. CDP stated that more than one-third of their current staff are working on issues with the latest release as well as developing next-gen versions for 2021.

If the number of current employees supporting fixes to Cyberpunk would continue to decrease each month, then it is likely that there will be a gradual increase in staff from the original release. Whether or not this could change next-gen’s eventual launch remains unknown;

However, per the report, CD Projekt Red expects more than half their total employee count for developers working on Cyberpunk overall.

Furthermore, With the recent release of Cyberpunk 2077, players are sharing videos online about glitches they’ve encountered in-game. Some of these include V and other characters falling victim to random animation and physics glitches such as cars that spawn from out of nowhere or getting stuck on geometry.

Players have even experienced their own vehicles exploding after summoning too many at a time!

Cyberpunk 2077 is a long way from perfect, but it’s getting better with every patch. The latest update includes some improvements to the mini-map and more save slots among other things; CDPR has also promised free DLC over time as well which should be nice for fans of the series looking forward to playing this game.

Cyberpunk 2077’s latest patch improved many features, but a lot still needs to be done. CDPR has promised free DLC drops and will hopefully take care of issues soon.
