Ed Woodward Approves £90m For Top Transfer Target

Manchester United chief executive Ed Woodward has approved £90m as the transfer fee for top target Jadon Sancho.

This is as per the publication from the Daily Star which disclosed that Ed Woodward and Manchester United are preparing January transfer offer of £90m for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

Manchester United are desperately in need of Jadon Sancho but Borussia Dortmund have not moved away from their stance of £108m transfer fee for the player.

The Red Devils have already sorted out both personal terms for the player and his agent fees leaving just the transfer fee required to sign the England international.

Borussia Dortmund sporting director Sebastian Kehl told reporters earlier last summer that Jadon Sancho won’t leave the German Bundesliga outfi.

Jadon Sancho was at Manchester City before the lack of first-team action prompted him to seal an £8m transfer to Borussia Dortmund in 2017.

The 20-year-old has grown to become one of the most exciting young players in his three years at Burussia Dortmund.

Manchester United have already lined up a potential replacement for the Borussia Dortmund star if they can’t sign him during this window.

Watford winger Ismaila Sarr is in line to replace Jadon Sancho as the Red Devils’ right-wing target as per the latest reports in the British media.
