German Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen are not giving up on the signature of Sead Kolasinac and are set to return for his signature in the January winter transfer window.
The Bosnian international has not enjoyed his stay at the Emirates Stadium for the past months and seeks to leave as soon as an opportunity presents itself.
The Bundesliga outfit made an attempt in the last summer transfer window but failed after the North London outfit secured the signature of Kieran Tierney from Celtic to deny him of playing time.
German source Sport Bild (via Football London), reports that Bayer Leverkusen are willing to hand Kolasinac an escape route with the Bundesliga outfit officials monitoring the situation to be able to make a move for him in January.

The North London outfit are also willing to let go of Sead Kolasinac, especially as Mikel Arteta will need funds to strike other deals in the coming winter transfer window.
The fact that the Gunners must get rid of Sead Kolasinac’s wage burden from their books will help them survive the effect of the coronavirus pandemic on the team.
However, Arsenal have been hailed for having a stringer defence with the coning of Gabriel Magalhaes from French Ligue 1 outfit alongside Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey from Spanish La Liga outfit.
While the Brazilian international has been able to stabilize the defence, Thomas Partey has helped to add depth to the midfield which has helped Mikel Arteta’s team to stop conceding unnecessary goals.
Meanwhile, Sead Koasinac is not the only player that is expected to leave the Emirates Stadium in the January transfer window as Sokratis Papa and Calum Chambers could also leave.
The January transfer window presents an opportunity for the North London outfit to make some changes in the team and replace other players that would be leaving.
