Former Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is believed to be having his last days at Stamford Bridge as he has gone down the pecking order in Frank Lampard’s team.
The West London outfit spent about £200 million in the last summer transfer window to bring in new players and that seems to be a perfect deal for the club as the coming of the new players have helped to improve the team.
Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, Thiago Silva, Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, and Kai Havertz all joined the Blues team in the summer and the story has not been the same for Chelsea.
Timo Werner has become the hottest player in the attack, scoring eight goals in all competitions for the Blues while Tammy Abraham has also impressed this term with six goals and two assists.

Olivier Giroud has not been able to level up his delivery and that keeps him below the duo when the call is made for a game. The former Arsenal forward has had just one start in the EFL against Tottenham in September.
However, journalist Miguel Rico reveals that the striker ‘will leave London in January as he is currently in his final year of contract at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking of his destination, the journalist dismissed claims that the World Cup winner will be joining Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona when he leaves Stamford Bridge, adding that the Catalans will not accept the deal even if he were to be available for free.
However, there are suggestions that he could join any of the MLS clubs where he would finish his career or return to France as a stay in the Premier League has been ruled out.
What we cannot report is if Chelsea will seek to replace the World Cup winner when he leaves or not.
