English Premier League outfit Arsenal have been told that they now have a “new Ronaldo” in their team that is set to be welcomed back from injury.
This is the thought of Arsenal hero Kevin Campbell who says Gabriel Martinelli plays in the same way as Brazil icon Ronaldo and his return from injury will boost the North London outfit, especially as they are struggling to find the back of the net.
Arsenal had a disappointing 3-0 defeat in the hands of Aton Villa on Sunday and that remains a setback in their bid to return to the Champions League next season with a top four qualification.
The North London outfit have got Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Willian and Alexandre Lacazette in the attack but they have not been at their best and failed to score goals.

However, the young Brazilian who suffered a knee injury and has been out for many months is back in light training. He is expected to be seen in action at the end of the year’s calendar.
Before his injury, teenager Gabriel Martinelli was in fine form for the Gunners, scoring ten goals in all competitions from 26 games.
With his return, Kevin Campbell says Gabriel Martinelli has the same qualities as Brazil legend Ronaldo and tipped him to be a star in the near future.
“I think Martinelli is the one, I really do,” he told Football Insider
“Martinelli was sensational when he came in last season.
“He is a real handful – strong, direct and reminds me of the Brazilian Ronaldo.
“The way that he picks up the ball and runs at goal is phenomenal.” He stated.
Meanwhile, the 19-year-old will need some time to get back to his best and the fans must not mount pressure on him with expectations when he is given time to play.
