Man United finally got a positive result this weekend by defeating Merseyside outfit Everton by 3-0 after two defeats in the Premier League and Champions League.

The win still keeps the Red Devils away from the top as they can only boast of 10 points from seven games. They also have a game at hand in the Premier League.

Following the win, a number of Man United fans took to Football365 to lament that there is nothing to celebrate about the win as there are lots of wrongs needed to be corrected.

Some argue that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should be sacked not minding the win against Everton claiming the team still lack the ability to be utilized.

It is argued by some that the Red Devils can boast of quality players in the team but are not being managed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to get the desired result.

The pattern of play by Man United and the composition of the players in executing the tactics by the manager is not seen yet by some of the fans and that leaves them unmoved by the win.

However, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is believed to have calmed the nerves of some of the fans and bought some time with the win as the pressure on him was almost unbearable at some point.

The Red Devils owners are not in a rush to get the Norwegian manager sacked as long as he can keep them within the frame of a Champion League qualification.

Howbeit, the next few games for Man United will determine if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to turn things around and that will also determine his stay at Old Trafford as Man United manager.

The season can only be successful for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer if he wins a title and qualifies to the Champions League next season.
