Joe Willock was impressive in Arsenal’s 4-1 win over Molde in the Europa League clash on Saturday and has been hailed by teammates and manager Mikel Arteta.
His special performance has not earned him a regular playing time in the Premier League yet which has raised concerns but manager Mikel Arteta has told the young player that he can stand the chance of being called to duty on every Premier League matchday but some conditions must be met.
The likes of Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah have been favoured with Premier League appearances and some starting roles but that cannot be said of the 21-year-old.
Manager Mikel Arteta has told Joe Willock that the only way he can get the call to play in the Premier League is to be consistent in his performance as he is in the Europa League after scoring his second successive goal in the 4-1 win.

It would be recalled that Joe Willock had 29 appearances in the Premier League last season which includes eight starts but he is yet to play a single game this season as a result of the competition in the team.
Pundits have argued that the North London outfit is in need of creative players which Joe Willock can give to the team but his lack of consistent performance at the top has discouraged the Spanish boss from giving him the nod.
“He could have scored more, he was all the time in goal scoring situations. He created a few goals as well, I think he had a really good performance.”Arteta told BT SPORT.
While asked what Joe Willock must do to get the chance in the Premier League, the Spanish boss said “Keep doing what he is doing consistently and his chance will arrive”
The North London outfit will now return for the Premier League challenge with the hope of continuing their winning streak.
