Dimitar Berbatov, has revealed that EPL giants, Manchester United must be ‘consistent in their currently playing pattern’ in other to win the English Premier League and Champions League titles this season.

Dimitar Berbatov said this ahead of Manchester United’s Premier League game against Arsenal this coming Sunday.

“Everyone assumed Manchester United would have a tough time against Leipzig, but they were really excellent a complete performance,” Berbatov told Betfair.

“They pressed when they needed to press, attacked the ball well, passed the ball well, and they also showed that the goals are there, it’s just a matter of bringing them out. It was a great night for the team all around.

“Fatigue and motivation play a part, it can be hard to switch back and forth, and a lot of it is just a coincidence too.

“This result at home will do wonders for United’s confidence, as their home record hasn’t been fantastic. Not only have they won at home, but they’ve also beaten Leipzig 5-0!

“That is an incredible result. Hopefully, this win will change their fortunes going forward.

“Ole deserves credit for performances like this, it can’t be a situation where good results are the players, the bad results are the manager, that does not work.

“I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that United all of a sudden can win the Premier League or the Champions League, it is too early, and they need to become that word again, consistent.

Sergio Romero

English Premier League club Man United goalkeeper Sergio Romero is unhappy at Old Trafford and he is reported to be in conflict with the club for not sanctioning his sale in the last summer transfer window.

Sergio Romero has gone down the pecking order at Old Trafford from the second choice to the third owing to the return of Dean Henderson.

The South American reportedly had offers from several clubs but Manchester United refused to let him leave. Everton were keen give him the opportunity of regular playing time, according to leading journalist Gianluca Di Marzio but the Red Devils denied him the move.

Sergio Romero is unhappy at Manchester United and has been in conflict with the club,. His wife was first to speak out by blasting the Red Devils for not respecting the decision of her husband despite his contribution to the team in the past.

However, it will be a big surprise to see Sergio Romero at Manchester United after the January winter transfer window because he is desperate to leave the club and has suitors both in the Premier League and abroad.

Everton are believed to be interested in Sergio Romero while MLS clubs are also hoping to agree on a deal for him but that will depend on Man United.

David De Gea has been favored for the first-team role despite his unsatisfactory performance last season but the door is opened to Dean Henderson to nail down a regular first-choice shirt.

Manchester United are now stabilized with a number of wins across all competitions.

Sami Khedira

Manchester United have reportedly been linked with a shock move for Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira.

According to The Sun, the 2014 German World Cup winner has emerged as a target for Manchester United as he’s about to be released from his contract at Juventus.

Sami Khedira has been declared surplus to requirements at Juventus by new manager Andrea Pirlo.

Club legend Pirlo has been appointed the Juventus manager this summer on the back of the dismissal of Maurizio Sarri.

Pirlo has six midfielders in his team following the summer arrivals of Arthur and Weston McKennie and the aforementioned Khedira will be the man to make way in January despite the fact that he still has one year to run on his Juventus contract.

Brazilian international Arthur signed for Juventus from Barcelona in a swap deal with Miralem Pjanic, while young American international McKennie has joined on loan from Schalke 04 in the German Bundesliga.

Sami Khedira joined Juventus from Real Madrid in 2015 and he has won the league title in each of his five seasons in Turin.

He has not been a regular for Juventus in recent seasons. The German made just one assist in the league last season as he was restricted to 12 games.

kante

English Premier League outfit Manchester United are reported to be considering a move for out-of-favor Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante after making an inquiry about his availability.

The 29-year-old World Cup winner has been linked away from the West London club as he can no longer boast of regular playing time under manager Frank Lampard.

Chelsea are willing to let go of the former Leicester City man but will not let him leave for a cheaper price than £46 million as a lot has been invested in him.

The Blues are also keen on the signature of West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice and will want to offload the French midfielder to be able to bring in the Englishman.

However, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now considering the option of signing him if an agreement would be reached with the West London club.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants an extra muscle to his midfield that will help Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek and N’Golo Kante is being considered as an option.

The only uncertainty is the fact that the £46 million might be too high for the Red Devils to meet and that could force them to back out of the deal in January.
