EPL outfit Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp and fans have celebrated the early return of Brazilian international Alisson Becker from injury but that would not have happened if not for the power of prayers that helped him out.
The Brazilian international had a shoulder ligament injury in a training ground accident and was ruled out for about six weeks, a development that weakened manager Jurgen Klopp, knowing that he also has the injury of Virgil Van Dijk to contend with.
Fortunately for the Reds team, Alisson Becker beat the odd and had an early return. He was in between the sticks in Liverpool’s 2-1 win over Sheffield United at the weekend at Anfield and the Champions League clash against FC Midtjylland on Tuesday.
Revealing the secret behind his early return, Alisson Becker stated that he was told by the doctor that he would be about six weeks away and he immediately rejected it, telling the physician that two to three weeks maximum will be fine.

“I have the top physios on my side, helping me to accelerate the recovery weeks, and I need to thank them, the fitness staff, the doctors, and the goalie coaches who helped me.
“How did I do it? I pray a lot. Seriously, I pray a lot. I believe my faith and working hard helped me in this fast recovery” he said.
However, emphasis was placed on the hard work he did during the rehab by embarking on a lot of treatment sessions for about five hours daily.
The Brazilian goalkeeper has been an important member of the Liverpool team, helping them to secure the posts. Since his arrival at the club, Liverpool have won eth Champions League and the Premier League last season. He is rated as one of the best in England and the world.
