For about 22 years, legendary French manager Arsene Wenger was in charge at Arsenal before he shocked the fans to leave the Emirates Stadium in 2018.
The last few years of the Frenchman was characterized by an internal crisis at the club and that was motivated by the bad results from games and the inability to secure the top four qualification.
When he resigned, Arsene Wenger only told us that it was time for him to leave, not citing any reasons behind his decision.

Now he has decided to open up by stating that he was confused about the happenings at the club as he did not know who was in charge because of the disunity and uncertainty.
He, therefore, added that things look to be changing now with the club making efforts to invest, he said Arsenal are now making effort to create a unit which will be followed by making good technical decisions.
Arsene Wenger stated that the target going forward is to find stability and balance between defending and attacking in the team and that is what manager Mikel Arteta must do.
However, the former Arsenal boss hailed Mikel Arteta as he noted that the club has regained its values but it is yet to be known if the values will continue in the long run or not.
