There have been several happenings at the Old Trafford that have threatened the stay of the Spanish goalkeeper at Man United but one way or the other; he remains at the club as the first choice.

David De Gea has been receiving interest from several top clubs but he has been calm as a Man United goalkeeper even when he had a bad last season with speculations linking another goalkeeper to the Old Trafford, the Spanish shot-stopper was never moved.

All of these have been pointed to the fact that his agent Jorge Mendes was has stood his ground and agreed for David De Gea to stay at the club.

Now it is reported that David De Gea has fallen out with Jorge Mendes and that could mean a lot to what happens to his future at the Old Trafford.

It is likely that the prospective new agent will not be as firm as Jorge Mendes in keeping David De Gea at Man United and that could mean his exit if the right offers come knocking.

Meanwhile, David De Gea’s shirt as the first choice is being threatened by Dean Henderson as several pundits have called on manager Ole Gunnar Solskejr to give the England international the opportunity to start between the sticks.
