Speculations have continued to mount over the future of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Man United after suffering poor results in their last few games before the international break.

The Red Devils were humiliated by North London outfit Tottenham in a Premier League game that ended 6-1 while they earlier suffered a 3-1 defeat against Crystal Palace in their season opener.

From all indications, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not be able to keep his job at the club if the results fail to improve as there are reported moves to have him replaced with former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino. It is understood that the Red Devils hierarchy have already held talks with him.

However, another Man United legend has been tipped to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the Theatre of Dreams with Ryan Giggs being mentioned by Mark Hughes when he spoke with BBC.

According to Mark Hughes, Ryan Giggs will be a good replacement for the club, noting that he is more likely to get the opportunity now than ever before.

Mark Hughes is of the opinion that Ryan Giggs now have a better management CV with the good work he has been doing with the Wales national team and he could be more recommended if he does well by qualifying for the European Championship and give a good account of himself at the competition proper.
