English Primer League outfit Arsenal are reported to have agreed on a deal with German outfit Hertha Berlin for centre-back Omar Rekik ahead of the next transfer window.
It is understood that the North London outfit will cough out the sum of £900,000 for the 18-year-old defender after he showed great prospects in the course of last season.
Reports also claimed that the move for Omar Rekik is part of the deal that saw Arsenal outcast Matteo Guendouzi join the Bundesliga outfit on a season-long loan.

It also reported that the deal was agreed upon on the last day of the summer transfer window but for the fact that paper works were not completed before the deadline day.
However, Omar Rekik will undergo medicals at the Emirates Stadium as soon as the transfer deal is completed and he will move straight into the U-23 team to continue his development.
Omar Rekik has not had the opportunity fo playing in the top flight as he was only in the books of Hertha reserves side in the Fourth Tier of German Football this season.
Meanwhile, the North London outfit were able to win the race against Feyenoord, Man City, PSV, and Marseille in the race for the signature of the teenage defender.
