Has Arsenal’s transfer window ended?

English Premier League outfit Arsenal had a promising start of the summer transfer window by sealing the signature of Brazilian international Willian from Chelsea and later Gabriel Magalhaes from French Ligue 1 outfit.
This gave hope that a lot would happen before the end of the window, especially after the club confirmed that they are still very active in the market for dead.
The North London club were immediately linked with the signature of two world-class midfielders, Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid and Houssem Aouar from French Ligue 1 outfit Lyon. This gave a lot of hope to Arsenal fans that the club will be equipped with at least one of these players.

Negotiations started for the two players and an agreement is yet to be reached until the deadline day. It is also understood that Lyon have ruled out the possibility of Houssem Aouar’s departure.
Since then, there has been silence from the Arsenal camp apart from the unclear statement by manager Mikel Arteta stating that the club may sign or not.
Could this mean the end of Arsenal’s summer transfer activities?. This might raise fears in the mind of fans that the status quo remains at the club in terms of recruitment as it is consistently said that there is still a need for additions.
Arsenal fans will only hope that something comes out of the deadline day or they might have seen it all in this summer window
