Premier League giants Manchester United are confident that they can sign young Atalanta attacker Amad Traore on or before deadline day.
The interest of the Red Devils in the teenager, who scored on his Italian Serie A debut last season, was disclosed by the Manchester Evening News (MEN).
A move for Amad Traore won’t have any impact on Manchester United and their pursuit for Borussia Dortmund player Jadon Sancho.
Amad Traore would be one for the future if the Red Devils sign him from Atalanta. His signing won’t really get the Manchester United Faithfuls off their seat.

The Red Devils have made the signing of an experienced right winger top priority in this transfer window, and Jadon Sancho is the man for the job.
Jadon Sancho is only 20 years but he already has three years plus in experience as a consistent performer for the Borussia Dortmund team.
The England international is holding out for a return to the Premier League with Manchester United after his exit in 2017.
He was an £8m signing for Dortmund after leaving Manchester City because of lack of first team football.
Apart from Sancho, Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele and Croatian international Ivan Perisic of Inter Milan are also on the wing specialist radar of the Red Devils.
