Man United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has not hidden his wish to land England international winger Jadon Sancho this summer transfer window but from the look of things, it could end in a mere wish.

It is understood that Jadon Sancho is keen on a move to Man United but German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund have refused to accept the offers that have been submitted in the past.

It is now reported that the Red Devils are set to submit a take-or-leave-it bid of £90 million for the Man City academy product which is now reported to have been rejected.

However, what was not known by most Man United fans have been revealed by Jan Aage Fjortoft, a retired footballer and confirmed by transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano that the Red Devils have not submitted any bid in recent days.

It is also claimed that Borussia Dortmund will not accept the bid as they are unwilling o shift ground with the club chiefs already expressing confidence that the young winger will be staying at the club this season.

Bearing last minutes changes, the Red Devils will have to find an alternative for Jadon Sancho if they must bring in a new winger to the Old Trafford this summer window.
