Man United and every other club have about a week to conclude all their summer transfer activities and it is expected that a number of confirmed deals would be announced.

The Red Devils have shown interest in promising Dynamo Kyiv defender Vitality Mykolenko and might be sealing the deal within the next one week as they could conclude the deal for his signature.

The Ukraine international has been progressing in his game since he came to the limelight at the age of 18. So far, he has enjoyed eight caps with his country where he has also impressed.

It is understood that Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are also showing interest in the signature of Vitality Mykolenko and will give the Red Devils a good challenge in the chase.

One position the Red Devils must strengthen if they must do well in the season is the defence and Vitality Mykolenko could be a good deal for the club as they are in the search for a left-back.

A £12 million bid has been submitted to FC Porto for the signature of Alex Telles but that has been rejected with the Portuguese club insisting on £20 million.

While a deal has not been concluded for Alex Telles, the Red Devil may decide to bring in Vitality Mykolenko after it was reported that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a big fan.
