The Guardian is reporting that English Premier League outfit Man United have finally made an initial bid of £12 million for the signature of FC Porto left-back Alex Telles.
Alex Telles has been linked with a move to the Red Devils for the past weeks as he was an option for the club after they lost out on the signature of Real Madrid defender Sergio Reguilon to Tottenham.

It appears the Red Devils have already agreed on terms with the player and they are just making a move to the Portuguese outfit to secure the services of Alex Telles.
IT is understood that FC Porto value the 27-year-old at £18 million but the Red Devils are confident that the bid would be accepted and they will land the player before the end of the summer transfer window.
Alex Telles is also in the last year if his contract with FC Porto which means he would be sold this summer window unless there are talks of a contract extension with the club but that has not been reported.
Howbeit, Man United will be hoping to have FC Porto accept their bid so that they can land the player to strengthen their team as well as provide more options in the defence.
