Man United Want To Make Three Signings After Crystal Palace Defeat

Manchester United are reportedly eyeing the addition of three new players to their squad before the transfer window shuts next month on the back of the stunning defeat to Crystal Palace.

The Red Devils started their 2020/21 Premier League campaign on the wrong footing with the 3-1 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace.

The London club secured victory courtesy a second-half brace from former Manchester United star Wilfried Zaha.

Andros Townsend scored the opening goal of the game for the Eagles, while new signing Donny Van De Beek came off the bench to score the only goal for Manchester United.

According to the Daily Express, the Red Devils want to strengthen their squad after the Palace loss in three areas namely left-back, right-wing forward and central defence.

Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano said that the priority for Manchester United is the signing of a left-back and a right-winger.

Recent reports disclosed that the Red Devils have agreed on a weekly salary with Alex Telles of FC Porto. The Brazilian international has less than a year on his existing deal with the Portuguese champions.

Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is the main option for the right wing at Manchester United and they have alternatives in Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic and Juventus winger Douglas Costa if they don’t meet up with the £108m asking price for the England international.
