Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp wants to make some signings to strengthen his squad before the transfer window closes in October.
This is according to report from The Athletic which said that the Reds boss has asked for one or two new players to add to his squad of Premier League champions.
Klopp is said to be eyeing a move for experienced Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara (a deal which as been confirmed by the time of writing this report) and Watford winger Ismaila Sarr.
Spanish international Thiago has a contract that will expire next year at Bayern Munich and he’s reluctant to sign a new deal.
