It was expected that Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny would sign a permanent deal with Turkish outfit Besiktas this summer transfer window but that did not happen as he has since returned to the Emirates Stadium to be with the Mikel Arteta team
The Egyptian spent the 2019/2020 season with the Turkish outfit where he had first-team football after failing o meet the expectation at the Emirates Stadium.
Besiktas manager Sergen Yalcin confirmed that Mohamed Elneny is the kind of quality the club needs after he impressed at the club and also returned to give a good performance against Liverpool in Arsenal’s Community Shield win.

However, the club was tied down by the fact that they do not have the funds to meet the Gunners demand and this adds to the fact that the club must adjust and balance the budget given by TFF.
Howbeit, it is not certain that Mohamed Elneny will remain at the Emirates Stadium this season as he has failed to impress manager Mikel Arteta in the preseason.
The North London outfit will, therefore, hope on suitors to come in with offers so that he can have the opportunity elsewhere. He might be surplus to requirements at Arsenal.
