Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is looking to get one over his former side as he’s about to make a transfer swoop on one of their targets this summer.
The Tottenham Hotspur has set his sights on Sergio Reguilon who’s on the payroll of Spanish champions Real Madrid and has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent weeks.
Forbes revealed that Mourinho want to sign Reguilon as a replacement for the outgoing Danny Rose.
England international Rose spent the second half of the last season on loan at fellow English top flight team Newcastle United and he has returned to Tottenham Hotspur where he’s available for a transfer.

The aforementioned report from Forbes also said that Manchester United believe that they have been mentioned as a possible transfer destination for Sergio Reguilon so as to increase interest in the player.
It remains to be seen whether Jose Mourinho will offer Real Madrid a loan deal or a permanent transfer for Sergio Reguilon who’s rated at £30m.
Sergio Reguilon spent the last campaign on loan at Spanish La Liga club Sevilla and he was a regular feature at left-back.
He was part of the Sevilla squad that won the UEFA Europa League last month.
