Journalist confirms Man United’s swoop for £25m-ratedleft-back

Respected transfer journalist Duncan Castles has confirmed Man United’s possible deal for FC Porto right full-back Alex Telles this summer transfer window.
This is after he revealed that Alex Telles’ agent Pini Zahavi offered the player to the Red Devils as they are reported to be keen on a new left full-back.
According to the journalist when speaking on Transfer Podcast, the Red Devils are desperate for a left-back and a left-footed centre-back, or a full-back and are yet to find one.

He stated that Alex Telles could be heading that direction as he has already been offered to the club and the Old Trafford team could be tempted by his cheap wages of £2 million gross.
He also revealed that FC Porto are demanding for a fee within the region of £25 million for the player from any suitor and that could be easy for the Red Devils to pay after they have been able to make a decision.
However, Real Madrid defender Sergio Reguilon is also linked to the Old Trafford with reports claiming that talks have been held between the two parties for a possible deal.
Howbeit, Man United are just getting started with their summer transfer deals after securing Donny van de Beek from Ajax and they are expected to make more signings before it ends
