Arsenal Must Pay €50m For Top Transfer Target

Premier League giants Arsenal will have to spend a lot of money to prise away highly rated midfielder Houssem Aouar from Lyon this summer.
This is according to French football expert Jonathan Johnson.
It was revealed that the Gunners will have to pay at least €50m (£44m) to sign Houssem Aouar who’s attracting interest from clubs across Europe.
The 22-year-old is also the subject of interest from former Premier League champions Manchester City and reigning Italian Serie A champions Juventus.

His stock rose amongst the big European clubs following his stellar performances in the colours of Lyon in the Champions League.
Aouar captained Lyon to an unlikely semi-final spot in the competition before they were beaten by eventual winners Bayern Munich.
The Frenchman scored one goal and provided four assists in eight Champions League matches this season.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has made the signing of midfielders his top priority this summer with Houssem Aouar and Atletico Madrid star Thomas Partey said to be high on his transfer shortlist for midfielders.
The Gunners have already added Dani Ceballos who will return to the club on another loan deal from Spanish side Real Madrid. He had a successful one-year loan spell at the club last season.
