French Ligue 1 outfit, Lyon star Memphis Depay has ruled out the possibility of a return to the English Premier League to join Man United this summer transfer window.
Memphis Depay was formally at the Old Trafford where he spent 18 months but was never happy as he failed to live up to expectation in 2017. This was what led him to France on a £14 million deal where he turned his career around with brilliant performances.

It is now clear that the future of Memphis Depay at Lyon is very uncertain as there are no signs of new contract talks with the club after crashing out of the Champions League in the semi-finals with his contract set to run out in the coming summer window.
There have been reports that he will be returning to join the Red Devils as they are desperate to sign a player of his caliber to be able to challenge for titles in the coming season.
This report have been quashed with claims the player will not join the club and that has been helped by the fact that he has reportedly received a lucrative offer from French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain, according to reports in France and that is already being considered by Lyon.
