North London outfits Arsenal and Tottenham have been handed a major boost as their target, Ryan Fraser has reportedly walked out on Bournemouth during an effort to hand him a new contract deal.
Apparently, Ryan Fraser is keen to have a fresh start of his career with a new challenge elsewhere which is the only reason why he will not sign a new deal with his club.
The development means he could be put up on sale this summer transfer window with Arsenal and Tottenham expected to submit a bid for him.

According to reports, the Cherries are offering him a pay rise of £67,000-a-week to the Scot but he rejected it as he expected more which the club is not willing to offer him.
The 26-year-old will now be available on a free transfer as his contract with the club will run out this summer window. The challenge will now be to get a deal of his wish.
While Arsenal and Tottenham are yet to make a bid for Ryan Fraser, Crystal Palace already submitted an offer but sadly, it was below the deal he rejected with Bournemouth as they were only ready to pay £50,000-weekly.
Ryan Fraser is a quality winger that has been consistent for the past seasons. In the just-concluded campaign, he delivered seven goals and 14 assists.
